Insights into “Nurse Faculty Leadership Academy”
This is a testimonial video on the Nurse Faculty Leadership Academy (NFLA), a program funded by The Elsevier Foundation and administered by Sigma Theta Tau International, the nursing honor society. It was produced in conjunction with STTI’s 42nd Biennial Convention in 2014.
The NFLA is a 22-month program designed to help novice nurse faculty become leaders.
